Consumers

According to the Battery Act of 25 June 2009, consumers are legally obliged to return used batteries. The disposal of batteries in household waste is prohibited by law.

Please help us to protect the environment, reduce the negative impact of heavy metals such as lead and mercury, and save valuable resources such as iron and zinc by depositing your used batteries in the boxes at one of over 15,000 CCR REBAT collection points.

Because we tailor boxes to the needs of our customers, they do not always look alike. However, if you take a closer look at the collection box the next time you deposit batteries, you might well see the CCR REBAT logo!

Every battery counts!

Thank you for disposing of your batteries responsibly.
